Hi, I've been trying to withdraw funds to my card but It gives me "Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later." my account had a debit card and a confirmed bank account, now I can't even send money. Whats going on? I called Paypal and they were no help, they couldn't fix it, I tried the wdfunds link but It just stayed on the page or said It couldn't complete the transaction, now I'm missing the refund money that I need immediately from something I returned because of the error.
