Have an eBay Mastercard, added it in eBay as a payment source, worked fine on eBay purchases, then one day it quit doing payments, got it cleared at card provider & eBay. eBay found an issue was with paypal, went to paypal to ad the card and it wouldn't allow me to do it, the page kept disappearing when I would start typing in the card info, would go to the home page and if I started it over it would keep doing the same reset, so now I can't use my ebay and no rewards, had to purchase the equipment on another payment source.
