I created an account and activated / confirmed my details and everything. Now I can't receive payments yet from a friend outside the country. How to solve this issue?

As you have auto withdrawal in your country then to receive payments you need to have a linked and confirmed visa credit card on your paypal account.
Does it have to be a credit card? Or can I use a debit card?
