What's with Paypal support? It's been three months, I'm trying to verify my account. In my account, all documents are shown as completed... I'm trying to log a case with Paypal support, 99% of the times, it tells me support is not available. There's no phone number to call...
Are you guys still in business or what? Thankfully I don't rely on Paypal for my day to day...
I have the same problem as MY MONEY IS STUCK INSIDE AND I CANT PAY OR WITHDRAW WTF and when I send them an enquiry, they give all their **bleep** bot replies and when asked for a human representative they dont **bleep**ing reply at all **bleep** them
Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...
1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in). 2. Live chat is also randomly available. 3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out. Or 4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
