I have 2 Paypal accounts, one is for the UK and the other is for the States, but I don't remember what email I used to link my US debit card and I want to unlink that card from the account. Is there any way that I can log in by using my card number?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
