What exactly does each User Permission control.

Hi guys,

I would like to add a few users to my business account.

One of them would be a financial manager who would have all permissions, but the other would be our website developer.

I do not want the developer to have access to the details of all the transactions since we are a non profit and many of the donations are either anonymous or the amount being given needs to be confidential.

When I create a new user, I can grant them the following permissions:

- Access and activate PayPal APIs that enable third-party integration.

Add money
- Add money from your bank to your PayPal account.

Handle authorizations and settlements
- Run daily payment authorizations and settlements.

Cancel payments
- Cancel payments that haven’t yet been claimed by recipients.

Update account settings
- Change your PayPal account settings. Users need this to manage banks and cards.

Manage banks and cards
- Add, update, and remove banks and cards, set preferred payment method.

Access user audit report
- See and download a report tracking actions taken by users on your account.

Create manual reference transactions
- Manually create and manage customer billing agreements.

Send payouts
- Send payments to multiple recipients at the same time.

Buy and print postage and shipping labels
- Use your account to buy and print U.S. postage and UPS shipping labels.

Contact customer service
- Contact customer service to resolve issues with your account.

Set up automated payments
- Set up automatic billing to charge customers credit cards or PayPal accounts.

Process refunds and resolve disputes
- Send full or partial refunds and resolve buyer disputes.

Request and accept payments, send invoices
- Accept payments, send invoices, or request money. Required for PayPal Here.

Access reports
- See and download reports detailing your account activity and history.

Customize reports
- Choose which info to show in your reports and when to receive them.

Send money
- Send money from your account to anyone where PayPal is accepted.

See balance, access money movement
- Users need this to use any other money movement permissions.

See customer list
- See a list of all customers who have transacted with you using PayPal.

See account settings
- See details of your PayPal account settings.

See insights
- Access sales, shopper, and checkout data to help grow your business.

Virtual terminal for offline sales
- Manually process offline card transactions, like phone, fax, or mail orders.

Transfer money
- Transfer money from PayPal to your bank account.

Access marketing tools
- Create and manage marketing campaigns designed to help increase sales.

Access Message Center
- Communicate with PayPal through a secure mailbox in your account.

A) Is there anywhere where I can get detailed information on what each of those controls

B) which of those would control access to being able to see the names and amounts of our doners?

Thank you very much!
