Hi. When someone pays me via PayPal, what shows up in their account details (for instance is it my name or email address etc.) Someone is saying they've paid me. I sent them a screenshot of my account activity showing nothing had been received this month into my account. They've sent a screenshot from Thursdays showing a payment to someone on Thursday which obviously isn't me, but I don't actually know what would show up for them if it had gone into my account? Thanks now.
Double check the email address the funds were sent to and make sure there were no spelling errors.

What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
