Hi, yesterday I was hit with a $471.00 fee the message looks like this- payment -471.14
PAYPAL DES:INST XFER ID:EBAY INC INDN:XXXXXXXXXXX CO ID:PAYPALSI77 WEB
What exactly does this mean? Is this a monthly charge fee for using PayPal and if so why doesn't it show up in my PayPal account activity section. I'm also charge daily fee's of $5-$20 with the same labeling.
Perhaps I'm not leaving enough money in my account so I'm assuming that's maybe the daily charges. Do I need to leave a certain amount in my account at all times and how much?
I appreciate any feedback I can get on this for some clarity, thank you.
