i need to log in to resolve a issue claim and its as if ive been somehow locked away from my account and it seems as if its something to do with the other person in my claim issues its like i cant respond to it so basically if i am not able to log in and reply to the dispute in 210 days the win will go in their favour any ideas what i need to do other than phone them as been trying to get a rep to understand it and nothing useful from them so prefer to not waste another 2 hours again today thanks in advance if you know what i got to do to leave my reply for the case file i got
