I tried to refer a friend for the 10$. Paypal then asks for a quick verification using my phone number. My phone number doesn't appear so I have to manually type it in and then it says that phone number isn't linked to an account. But when i go to my account information....that's the only number I have linked.
I also have a problem with account verification. I was given a link by a representative to upload my SSN card. When I click on the link it says
We couldn't verify your info

Go to Account Overview.
Clicking account overview just takes me back to the main page...
Anyone having similar problems?
