I couldn't login my account since i've tried too many times but when i try to reset it says we couldn't verify its you. Is there any way to resolve this?

Contact customer service for assistance:

Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account.
