Hi, when I'm trying to login into my email first they send me this message. We noticed some unusual activity. And Then I press secure my account, and then ask me to upload either my passport or my driver license. And when i uploaded my ID it says: We can't confirm your ID right now. Let's try that again. What should i do in this case? Ty in advance.

It sounds like we'd want to take a closer look into this, so to avoid sharing personal information over a public forum I would recommend reaching out to us through either Facebook or Twitter, or you can always go to the bottom of any PayPal page and click "Help" or "Contact."
