Want to use PayPal with my Visa card

I have two questions.

1. Really, We are in Myanmar Country. Our Country is not Supported in PayPal. How can I do this?

2. Long Long ago, I had PayPal Account by using fake Address and fake phone number. Now, I forgot my Password. So, I reset my PayPal Account. In that case, step 1: by email is all OK. (I remembered my gmail account) but by phone is not OK. ( because I used fake phone number.)

1. You can't, paypal is not available in your country and you are not allowed to use another countries paypal account.

2. Forget it you can't use it ever again if it was opened with fake details apart from the reasons in 1.
