I want to enable 2-step verification but what happens if you lost your phone? Do they have backup codes in case this happens? Nothing is provided in the security settings. Help.

Hi xb24,

If you have the 2-step verification option enabled and happen to misplace your phone, you'll need to contact customer service in order to deactivate the security key.

I hope this answers your question.
