Want to do some trading; and used a Nom deGuerre as Name. How do I change back to my own name?

Many emails and messages to Paypal with no responses. 

Have submitted drivers licence, water bill and even passport.


Looks like Paypal just want to keep the $130 AUD in the Account now.
