Hello all, I am trying to ask the community a question about my PayPal account because they have basically turned off customer support due to the Covid 19 issue, but I keep getting an error telling me I do not have permission to do so??
It asks me to login to ask a question, and when I do so, I get this back -
You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action.

This is confusing and frustrating, as they have basically shutdown their customer support department with the recent Coronavirus epidemic, and they will not allow me to even post my question in the forums to get assistance. So, I guess there is no way to possibly get any help whatsoever from these people now?? That seems like it is almost criminal truthfully, but I am hoping this is not the case.
Can someone, ANYONE tell me how to get some support from PayPal please, or am I just out of luck until they cure this thing??
