I HAVE HAD MY PAY PAL ACCOUNT FOR 5 YEARS NOW NEVER REALLY USE IT. THE MOMENT I DECIDE TO USE IT IT LOCKS ME OUT AND GIVES ME A MESSAGE SAYING "WE CAN'T CONFIRM IT'S YOU" TELLS ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH THEY AREN'T ANSWERING BECAUSE THEY'RE USING THIS PANDEMIC AS A **bleep**ING EXCUSE. SO MY MONEY IS JUST LOCKED IN MY ACCOUNT AND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN ACCESS IT. ONCE I RETRIEVE MY MONEY I AM CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO A **bleep**ING DOG. I SEE A LOT OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND IT'S RIDICULOUS. WE NEED OUR MONEY AND IT'S NOT FAIR THAT IT'S BEING HELD UP.
