I'm a US resident who is on an extended visit to Taiwan. I haven't used the PayPal service in a while, so all of my information is out of date. And I'm facing a challenge:
I'm currently borrowing a cellphone from someone in town who has an ARC (Alien Resident Card), so my phone number is not a US number. it there some way I can set up my account to receive messages, etc on a Taiwan phone number? Everything else is still USA.
