I do not have access to my UK phone but need to receive a txt from paypal to verify myself . I cannot access my account to change phone number - as I require old number to access. does anyone have any ideas - can't message paypal - no account access. I do have a Portuguese number - can pay pal contact me so we can stop this round-about.
