Verifying PayPal account to sell online

So basically I’m trying to sell on depop, but unfortunately cannot ship anything as it keeps saying my paypal needs to be verified. I’m confused because my paypal is verified, I’ve waited 7days and completed all the verification process. It’s preventing me from accessing the shipping label.

Have you linked and confirmed a bank account (not debit card) to your paypal account?
