Verifying Account & Proof of Address

I was wondering if a Mayor's Verification would suffice for proof of address. I do have bank statements but it is a PO Box, which doesn't count.

I'm trying to verify my account but it's telling me to contact paypal; as their business hours are different, it's hard for me to catch them.

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

The proof of address is a utility bill, credit card or bank account statement. The name and address on these documents need to match the name and address registered to your PayPal account. We also need to see the full document, as partial documents will not be accepted.
