Verify ID

I am trying to verify my ID and it won't let me, because my ID is more than 12 months old.....they are NOT issued EVERY year....it was issued in 2019, expires in 2025 ...please help me

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:

• Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
• Employment authorization card
• Permanent resident card
