Hey!

My problem is that I cannot verificate my PayPal account because when I registered I added my business name as account name and not my own personal name. Now PayPal wants me to verify the name which I cannot do because I am private entrepreneur so my business name is not registered. I already uploaded my own ID card, bills, private entrepreneur certificate but PayPal does not accept them because its my own personal name and not the one I added as account name (business name). 

What can I do to withdraw my own money? Do they have a normal phone number for customer service? The message and resolution center is not helping me at all and they just keep repeating themselves, really annoying. Please help me, thanks!

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
