I am having troubles getting my account verified can someone please help me?

Is the verification through SMS or email? If it is through SMS and you are not receiving any texts, it could likely be your carrier blocking the number. Try contacting them and tell them you are trying to verify your account and you are not receiving the text verification. They should help you unblock the number

To verify a U.S Paypal account you need to add and confirm a bank account.

i did that and it still doesnt work for me

My bank account was unable to get verified with paypal account. And I have checked with my bank but there are no two deposits from paypal.
