I understand the reasons to verify my legal name, but does anyone know what PayPal is doing in a case like mine. I got married in May 2020, my Driver's license has my married name on it, however my Social security card has my old name on it. Due to covid , the social security office is closed, there is no way to change my card. I called ss they told me I must mail in the app and my original driver license. Well that's not going to happen I need it. Also I sent them my Driver's license and ss card as well as my marriage license. I really hope this is enough. I also sent an email being preemptive, for a name change with my driver's license and a letter from ssdi that has my legal married name on it. Does anyone have any idea if they will need more or close my account. I have no way of talking or emailing one person to get this figured out.
