I have been trying to verify my business documents for months and its reached a point where, Paypal just doesn't respond to any messages I have sent using their message center since, there is never an agent to connect to. I have tried calling them but to no avail. The call gets dropped when I request to connect to an agent for the business registration dept.
I really have no idea how to contact them for this issue. Any ideas?
I have exactly the same problem, it's been years since I've been with paypal but seeing how it turns out I'm on the verge of asking my lawyer to take care of it because I'm tired of wasting time with them, if you're interested in making a joint action then contact me.
