Verification fee

I don’t know how to verify my account. I’ve seen every where that you go to wallet and type in a 4 number digit, but I don’t seem to have that option and I’m not sure what to do. Help please?

Go to your Wallet and click your card, does the card status on the right side say "Confirmed"? If so, then you card is already confirmed. PayPal will process a refund on the fee which will take up to 30 days for your card to post.
