I've been trying to verify a new phone number on my account since I no longer have access to my old one, the problem is, is that the message just won't send. I've tried everything I can, and it still won't send. I really don't know what to do at this point. If it makes any difference I have an iPhone 6s+

I recommend contacting our customer service teams for further assistance if you're still seeing this issue on your end.  You can click 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any of our pages to get a phone number to reach us at.  Once we’re able to verify some information with you over the phone, we’re able to assist in resolving the issue.
