When trying to reset my password for one of my PayPal accounts that I have not used in many years, I saw the mobile number to be used to send the verification code was not mine. I then telephoned PayPal who told me none of my home or work addresses matched what they have for that email address so could not help further. I then sent an email to PayPal setting all of this out and they replied...but I need to log in to see their reply which I cannot do because I cannot reset the password. I am going round in circles. Can anyone help?
