Hello,I'm currently overseas for work and my account won't let me link a Japanese phone number for verification purposes for logging in and linking my bank account. I have money I need to send and accept but my account had gotten messed up since I moved. How do I get through the verification process when I don't have access to my phone number until I go back?
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
