Paypal sent 2 small deposits to my bank account but it come back as not valid. My account is active but i have zero balance in it right now. How can i verify that account after it comes in invalid. Can i speak to an actual customer service rep. I am so confused. I honestly have no clue what i am doing, this is a learning experience for me and I'm completely lost.
