I have a visa and I connect it with my PayPal but it removed by mistake when I try to connect it again with PayPal I can't conform it and I can't use it when I try to use it it tell me it not active what I do to make it work

Contact PayPal: Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, scroll down to click CALL US.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
