Using Firefox on the Paypal website the security prompt reCAPTCHA gets stuck in a loop even though I click in the box to agree. Accessing Paypal with Chrome is no problem.
Ditto! And its bloody annoying!
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
