We added 4 new users to our Business account abd have verified 2 of them 4 times each now but it still says "action required" and they are unable to use Paypal with their own logins. I have tried to contact Paypal 4 times and they promise to look into it but then tell me they are looking into my Subscription Cancellation which Is not an issue
