So i got a problem, we reached a milestone and now paypal is requiring us to confirm our business location with some document. The problem is our business isnt registered anywhere, we provide online services and in Serbia we're not required to register the business until we make over $25k a year.
So how can we deal with this?
The message we got :
"You've reached a usage milestone, as you've used your PayPal balance to send payments exceeding regulatory limit in a year. In compliance with the regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard "
