Upgrading to Business account as an individual

Hello there everybody!

I was asked to upgrade to a business account as there are limits on my personal account. I can not receive or withdraw due to the limitations.

I am an individual who is not selling anything and do not have a registered business. 

How do I upgrade if they ask for my legal business and trading name? This is a required field.

Please help.
