I've been trying to upgrade my personal account to a business account using the same email, but the ebay system keeps sending me into a loop without letting me upgrade to a business account. I've tried calling the support phone number but get disconnected as they don't have a customer service agent available. I've also tried sending them an email but their system isn't letting me do that either. Any suggestion would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
