Is it still possible to upgrade my account to Business ?
I made a mistake creating my account. I need it to be able to receive payment.
So please how can I upgrade my account ?
Unfortunately per this site, it appears that only Personal Accounts are available to Benin.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
