Trying to upgrade my personal account to a business account but seem to get stuck in a loop.
I have logged in
Selected 'upgrade to a business account'
Selected my business type
Then it tells me to enter my email which i have typed in (same as personal account)
then it takes me to a login screen where i enter my password
Then im back to selecting my business type and repeating process
I am having the same issue.
I've tried on 2 different browsers and 2 different devices and still the same issue.
I need to upgrade asap! How can we get around this?
I can't call PayPal either because their phone lines are down due to COVID.
