This is quite weird that i couldn't find any email address or customer services chat otherwise i wouldn't be here. The issue is simple, i was in China using Chinese mobile number and address and now i am in Pakistan and was trying to change my mobile number and address and i am unable to do so. Should i close this account and should make a new account in Pakistan? I really don't understand this thing. It should have been a simple procedure but really difficult. Whenever i click on contact us, they give me a list of problems, whenever i click on email address, it takes me to a list of questions. Really strange.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved.
HOWEVER Paypal is NOT available in Pakistan so you would not be able to use it and you would not be able to use another countries paypal account.
Advice is voluntary.
