Hello, I’m unable to log into my account to change my old phone number, as every time I try to login, it asks for a security check, with the options of calling or sending a code, to my old phone number, which I don’t have anymore. I’ve seen that you recommend using Twitter or Facebook, but I don’t have either of these. I’ve also tried downloading the app, but I’m asked the same security verification, to my old phone. I’ve tried calling the customer service number, but haven’t been able to get through (I’ve seen info regarding that it isn’t very reliable during these times).
