Updating date of birth

I can't access the money in my Pay Pal account because it keeps asking me to update my D.O.B but when I do this it won't submit and keeps asking me to update my D.O.B over and over again, it's really frustrating.

Thank you for asking your question in the Community. 

If you want to change the date of birth you would have to request us to do this. I am afraid that you are not able to do this yourself.
