I am trying to update my bank account and credit card details (add new ones before removing the old ones). As the system needs verification, it sends a code to my registered phone number. However I am abroad now due to the Coronoa situation, and not expected to return to my country and use this phone number until 2021. Any advice?
As paypal is country specific and you start using it internationally it may trigger paypals security and you would have all the problems of trying to verify your i.d. etc before you could regain access.
