Updating Profile/Account Name

Hi!

I need to update my PayPal account name because it does not match my Bank Account name. I registered my full name here in Paypal (Full Name, Middle Name, Last Name) while in my Bank Account, it shows only the First and Last Name. 

In the 'Update your Name' window, I already uploaded my valid ID. I can't submit it since I don't have any docs related to #2 shown below:

A copy of 1 of these documents:

• Marriage certificate (I'm not married)
• Certificate of divorce (I'm not divorced, obviously)
• Deed poll (I didn't want to change my legal name, only here in Paypal)

Guys, what could be your recommendations? Thank you very much!

Hi. Thank you for your concern. Please click this link https://www.paypal.com/ph/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-change-the-name-on-my-paypal-account-faq926 and follow the instructions. Make sure to log in to the website or use desktop if possible to do the changes.
