Update address in another country

Hello, I am in Singapore but somehow paypal is linking me to the US website, so I created the account with a random address and SSN because I'm not American, and I don't know how to resolve this. I also tried messaging paypal via the message app, but they're not online. Is there any solution to this?

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You won't be able to use another countries paypal account, its useless to you.
