I have recently had to add Proof of Address and Photo ID to my PayPal account, although Ive since got married, one doc in maiden name one in married name!
I am trying to upload a screen grab of my proof of address on a bank account dated within last month but it wont upload.
Anyone have any tips, or similar problems?
I would love to be able to speak to someone over the phone in PayPal
