Unverified Account

Hello. I already linked my bank on my paypal account. However, the work I'm trying to apply in says my account is still unverified. I tried removing my bank account on my paypal account and adds my bank account/card on the list your credit/debit card. However, it says my card is already linked to another account even if I was able to remove it already. I don't know what to do anymore
