I have just received this SMS and immediately entered my account to remove the related bank account. I am then trying to shut it down but the system won't let me, presumably because I have just a few US cents left. I do not want to reattach a bank to send these few cents in case my account has been compromised. I am unable to find a direct e-mail address to inform PayPal direct and the only number I have is one in the US. Is there an e-mail address for this kind of request? Thank you.
