If its pending/unclaimed then it should time out at 30 days post payment unless claimed.
If just pending it will do the same OR you can contact your funding source and ask for a chargeback or reversal.
If claimed you can open a dispute for item not received OR item received but not as described.
If its a transaction you did not make then you can click on it and report it as unauthorised in the resolution centre.
