Hi All,
I have not use my account for a while but tried to login couple days ago. Since I do not remember my password, I have decided to go though the recovery procedure. Unfortunately, upon providing my email, I have received a message "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again."
I have tried to chat with customer service and they said there are some limitation set on my account and sent me to Collection Services. I do not have any outstanding balances, so Collection Service did not know what to do with my request. They told me to send email to <removed> and I did. However, I have received an automatic response that redirected me to Customer Service though the web-site, but I cannot use it since it requires to have an active account and login to chat with them.
Any suggestions on how to get hold of actual person to resolve my problem?
